Enquiry information

When you submit a form, your name, email and the details you choose to provide are emailed to Vaughan at [email protected] so he can respond. This may include your phone number, property address, selling timeframe, selected suburb and message.

The form also includes the page where you enquired and, where available, the page where you arrived, the referring website and campaign labels. These help Vaughan understand how enquiries find the website. Campaign information is kept in this browser tab for the visit and is not used to store the contents of your form.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, provides the Turnstile spam check and processes email delivery. These services process technical information needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

The instant property report opens on myatrealty.com. Information you enter there is handled by that service under its own privacy information.

Website measurement

This website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, successful enquiry events, phone-link clicks and property-report clicks. Form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers and property addresses are not included in these measurement events. Clicking a phone or report link does not confirm that a call or enquiry was completed.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and processes technical information such as browser and device details. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. The analytics script does not load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Read how Google uses information from websites using its services.

Market updates

If you request market updates, your email and selected suburb are sent to Vaughan to arrange them. You can ask to stop receiving updates by replying to an update or contacting Vaughan.
