Yes. Tell us the property type and address, along with your plans, so Vaughan and Kaylee can discuss a suitable next step.
Can I request a rental appraisal if my property is tenanted?
Yes. Mention that it is tenanted and explain what you would like to discuss. Please do not include tenant details or upload lease documents through the website form.
Does a rental appraisal guarantee the rent I will receive?
No. A rental appraisal is an estimate, not a guarantee of rent or how quickly a tenant will be found.
